This person is protected from being identified in any way by an order of the High Court.  To ensure this protection continues, Lord Justice Leveson has agreed that there should be no press or public in the hearing room while HJK’s evidence is heard.  There will therefore be no live streaming to the website until this evidence session has been completed.
A transcript of HJK’s evidence will be placed on the website as soon as possible after the evidence session.

Witness Statement in full

Copy of Anonymity Order for HJK

From Guardian Live Blog:
"The inquiry is going to hear from an anonymous witness tomorrow morning, code named HJK.
The name has been derived from three consecutive letters on a keyboards
Leveson says the issue is that HJK is afraid he will say something that will compromise his privacy. The lawyers will see and hear him, but his evidence will have no wider distribution.
The transcript of his evidence will be made public.
HJK is an ordinary member of the public and the hearing will be held in private, says David Barr, junior counsel to the QC.
His statement has been distributed to core witnesses, but Barr suggests that the public would be excluded from the court while HJK gives evidence, there will be no video or audio broadcast of HJK's evidence."

Max Mosley at : however long I live (the notw story) is the number 1 thing people think of when they hear my name

"Max Mosley rose to the top of his profession in Formula One before a News of the World exposé of his sex life turned him into a campaigner for tougher privacy laws.
In 2008 the High Court awarded Mr Mosley £60,000 damages against the News of the World after ruling that there was no justification for a front-page article alleging he had taken part in a sadomasochistic orgy with Nazi undertones. Mr Mosley successfully proved that there had not been a Nazi theme to his escapade with five women."
Max Mosley: Profile - Telegraph

From Guardian Live Blog:
"Here's a bit of his background in relation to the press:
TMax Mosley won £60,000 in his privacy action against the News of the World over a 2008 article that had falsely accused him of taking part in a "sick Nazi orgy". In his judgment, Mr Justice Eady said that Mosley had a reasonable expectation of privacy in relation to his sexual activities no matter how unconventional. He found no evidence of Nazi themes in the orgy and said Mosley's life had been ruined. Earlier this month a French court ordered the publisher of the News of the World to pay €32,000 in costs and damages to Mosley in a second privacy action over the 2008 article."
